إلبوك هي منصة دفع إلكتروني مقدمة من بنك بوبيان لجميع شرائح و أنوع التجار ولجميع شرائح المستهلكين. يتطلب الإشتراك في خدمة إلبوك رقم هاتف محلي. كما يمكن للمشتركين ربط حساب إلبوك بحسابهم البنكي في بوبيان. يمكن لمشتركي إلبوك القيام بالعمليات التالية:

- التحويل إلى أي مشترك في إلبوك
- دفع إلى أي تاجر مشترك في إلبوك
- سحب نقدي من مكائن بنك بوبيان للسحب الألي
- طلب دفع من أي مشترك في إلبوك
- التحويل إلى حساب بنك بوبيان المرتبط
- تعبئة رصيد حساب إلبوك باستخدام بوابة الدفع كي نت

Consumers subscribe in elbooq service using their local mobile number only. They can link their elbooq account to their Boubyan bank account. elbooq subscriber can use his elbooq App to do the following:

- Transfer to any elbooq subscriber
- Pay to any elbooq merchant
- Withdraw card less cash from Boubyan ATM network
- Request payment from any elbooq subscriber
- Transfer to a linked Boubyan account
- Top up elbooq account using KNET payment gateway
